Tutuka website relaunch, rewrite and brand refresh

During 2020, I was brought on board by the good people at Tutuka, to help them plan and then execute the copy for a brand-new website redesign, rebuild, rebrand and relaunch.

The site is no longer live, as of December 2021, since the merging and rebranding of the company to Paymentology. I was brought on full time in October 2021 as Creative Director, to work on the brand rebuild and relaunch.

Still, I remain very proud of the brand refresh and website rewrite and relaunch I did for Tutuka in 2020. The site is no longer live, but here are some highlights, including the original copy before this post was updated, for context.

Founded in South Africa, Tutuka is a global payment-processing company, operational across more than 25 emerging markets, across four continents, with staff contingencies in ten countries.

Alongside Tutuka’s excellent Jacqui Corfield in South Africa and Michal Jarabek on the Czech Republic side (and their respective teams, of course), we planned and then I executed and edited copy for the entire site, section by section, over the course of about two months.

The site is deep and wide, and needed to present a lot of information (some of which, relatively complicated, some warm and human) in a simple, modular, easy-to-navigate layout that is information-rich, but not complex or overwhelming.

Working with Tutuka on this was an excellent experience. I have already begun working with them on new content strategy, social/digital comms, and further website expansion projects.

I’m looking forward to continuing to help develop and refine their new digital presence into 2021 and beyond.
